Condition of goods
1. All goods are 90-100% similar to the pictures. Simple clothes such as tees will look very much like in the picture.
2. All goods conditions are stated in the product information given below the pictures.
Warranty of goods
3. A few goods may have some slight design or colour changes and possible defects which will not be held responsible by cleoken as the goods are as it is upon receiving from the supplier or manufacturer.
-For online customers doing postage, no refunds will be made after purchase.
-For customers doing meet-up, purchase will be decided during the meet-up itself.
Order cancellation
4. For online customers, the amount paid will be refunded due to the unavailability of goods or if the customer withdraws before order has been confirmed.
- They will be notified to send their bank account number to booken@live.com
5. Any order cancellations will not be entertained once order has been confirmed and sent out.
Order confirmation
6. Emails will be send to customers to acknowledge or confirm their preorders or orders. Refer to order format.
For customers doing meet-up, purchase will be confirmed during the meet-up itself.
Refund policy
7. All purchased goods are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
8. Refund will only be made to the customer as mentioned above at no. 4
Payment method
9. Currently, only 2 methods are available; meet-up or bank transfer(POSB). More payment methods will be updated for your convenience.
